My grandfather, Elmer Phillips, proudly served during World War II. He was a humble man who believed in hard work, service, and helping others. To me, he was more than my grandfather—he was my hero. When he passed away in 2016, I wanted to find a meaningful way to honor his memory and the values he lived by. That's why I created the Homes With Heart program. Through this initiative, I give back a portion of my commission to military homebuyers, veterans, teachers, healthcare professionals, first responders, and first-time homebuyers.
